Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Our Standard Delivery option entails a delivery timeframe of 2-3 working days, while Next Day Delivery is anticipated to be completed within 1-2 working days.

It is important to acknowledge that all orders are dispatched within a 48-hour window.

It is imperative to note that our accountability is limited to the dispatch of orders, and we assume no responsibility for delays in delivery.

Where do we deliver?

Our current delivery services are exclusively available within the United Kingdom. However, we aspire to expand our reach in the near future, InshAllah.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with all tracking information.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs depend on how big your order is. Though we do offer free delivery on orders over £50.

Can I Cancel or change my order?

When it comes to order cancellations, we've got you covered. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it by sending an email to hello@noorattire.com.

We cannot change your order, you'll need to cancel and replace your correct order.

Do you offer discounts?

We certainly do!

You'll see offers on our Website & Socials, however get your hands on exclusive discounts by subscribing to our newsletter.

About our Abayas

Our abayas are 100% Polyester.

You can machine wash at 30°C, though we do recommend hand washing our crepe abayas.

Iron on medium heat, tumble dry on low heat.

Can I return my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@noorattire.com.
